There are quite a few SPs who are offering in 5 star hotels now. They quote nething between 15 to 25 k, but I agree it can surely be negotiated to 10 k. I've successfully negotiated to 10 k and was offered to go to known 5 star hotels, by an SP I've used in Delhi regularly. The visit got cancelled by me due to last minute work coming up. The 10 k is for 2 pops not for the full night. I tried hard to negotiate to 8 k after starting negotiation at 6 k for two pops when the quote given was 20 k, but they wouldn't budge beyond 10 k. I was told I could go to the room, confirm the chic and then pay.

any guidance on this spa in g mall ggn? had gone a couple of days back for my first ever visit to this spa and paid 1.2 k to ms p for an awesome genuine massage. ext on offer. just hj for 1 k but did not opt as it was not enough and tl+hj in same price was declined by her. excellent massage though by a nice ni therapist. 8/10 for the massage but need more at a fair price.

any suggestions from all members are welcome as i am planning to go again today? would appreciate a good reference and some suggestions to have more at a fair price?

Did you ask them upfront? If they had denied, then I believe its the standard procedure. However, we are talking about you and I bet they would be very frank with you. Those 2 guys were leaving at the same time, we took the same elevator to get down and while inside they were speaking to each other in Marathi about the girl one of the guy had chosen, I thought another happy mongerer like me, we got down and then a government car with a beacon appeared and these 2 sat inside and left. I was shit scared that time. But still made me wonder if they actually were LE or not. Maybe what Nola is saying is true.

I think you are not giving LE the credit / discredit they deserve. From what I have seen and heard during my dealings with my friends in LE, there are a number of LE personnel who are mongers and perhaps more than any of us. The LE knows of each and every MP that operates in their jurisdiction. I will venture to say that many of the LE mongers have visited the MPs and have tasted their offerings even before we have had a chance to read about them in the forums. The LE action against P2 P and MP comes and goes in cycles. There are various reasons for including to appease public opinion, distract the public's attention, and also to increase the "monthly dues" that LE collects from these establishments. Sometimes the monthly dues are collected by the local dadas (hoodlums) who then pass a percentage to the local LE station.

The last thing that LE will look for is in the forums to take action. However, in press releases they will say that they learned about an MP from a forum because they don't want the public to know the truth that the MP owner did not want to pay the "monthly due" that was requested by the local LE.

I have nothing against people communicating by PM but take objection to the idea that LE is using these forums to crackdown. In my opinion, LE has more effective ways to find out about these establishments and other nefarious reasons to crack down than simply to stop "immoral activities".
