I know about Elements buggers. My original post referred to the spa on ORR after homarevu signal close to a Darshini restaurant. So if you are going towards Hebbal, this will be on your right. Its a 3-4 story building with a large red banner that says "Bangkok in Bangalore".

Was around KR Puram yesterday. Decided to go find the CCD place. First went to the CCD on 9th main Kalyan Nagar, near the water tank. There was a spa above it. Thought, this must be it. Turns out the place is "ladies only".

Then went to the one in Cum'halli main Road. This one is near to the PWD colonies. Nothing here.

Finally on the way back, scaled the stairs of the one right on ORR after Horamevu junction.

If nothing, climbed at least 12 flights of stairs. Good exercise. So, where is this place, and is it worth it driving all the way from Whitefield again?

Noticed couple of other places, that seemed interesting. There was one 7th main Road (on which Patel Public School is). I think the name was Impressions or something (on first floor), seemed like a potentially interesting place. Near Horamevu signal, there are couple of places, one Mandarin, and another that advertises itself as "Bangkok in Bangalore". Anyone has experience at either?

You are right. There is nothing worthwhile there. Don't know what the owner thinks to charge 5 k for a massage. I had once negotiated it down to 1.5 k for a massage. No extra, average place. So, so massage. They just acquire first timers by advertising heavily on CL. If you search the number on CL, you will see that he posts once every hour, every single day. Stay away.
