This is a lot to digest and while I am no doctor, this diagnosis seems a little odd. Like why this time you contracted this vs the probably million other times you wanked off without your panther turning pink? I would for sure get a second opinion from another doctor-does not sound right. Then only you can judge if this "thing" what ever it is is safe for a girl.
