It's true what SlaveMan has suggested. There is another probability game that has similar rate of success. It is called Russian Roulette. It has amazing odds. 1 in 6 . Imagine. 5 chances to survival. Also statistics is in their favour. As you can see unlike HIV cases and Airplane deaths, Russian Roulette fatalities are not reported widely. That should mean something. That means the chances of survival are quite high. In fact the last reported time I saw a case of Russian Roulette, Hrithik Roshan ended up kissing Aishwarya Rai. I mean the odds not only improved but the outcome became positively good. Slave Man should try it sometimes.

First off. If one person is HIV + and is under medication. The risk of transmission during unprotected sex is less, but it is not zero.

Secondly if both are HIV +,unprotected sex might lead to something called super infection, which is really very dangerous.

The chances of contracting HIV infection from a positive patient cause of unprotected sex are through the roof. I would never recommend unprotected sex to anyone. Unless and until you are trying to have a kid. Especially not with an untested or a positive patient for sure.

P.S.: yes I'm a doctor as well, judge all you want. But this is my opinion. Sorry I'm I was rude.
