No owner is going to hand over keys without someone responsible being in charge (eg caretaker).

Some owners may not care. May just want the money. The worst thing we can do in that case is directly or indirectly indicate who they are on the open forum!

Maybe others with more experience can comment?

I guess its a good deal, based on one week of trying. She looks like class (educated and above average look). I have seen village gals (mostly Bangladesh immigrants) are being offered at this rate. If she assures good company, don't think so bad deal. Please send me a message, if she is open for others, so we can bring down cost per individual (tickets etc).

It's really hard to say what's reasonable and what's not. Keep in mind that you're paying for a non-pro experience (at least, I was). So you can't compare this with typical ST / LT rates.

I paid 15 k for a period of an evening + overnight (6 pm to 9 am). I felt it was good value.
