I also got the same pic. Had booked for yesterday evening. But at the last moment, SP P told that the girl has her periods and they are sending her back. I have tried out AirBNB about a month back with a GF. The host was very receptive. I am trying out another location next week would provide update on same. Trick is that I am very straight forward in my booking request. I inform them that I want to spend good time with my GF and I expect privacy. Some are comfortable and respond positively, some respond back saying that place is not available for that date.

So try it out. But be candid.
