Lately, many have trashed the declining quality of BBQ Nation spa. The old gold place where every newcomer had their Bar Mitzvah in Bangalore. But, I disagree.

Over the past year or so, I have developed this rapport with Ms are. That ensures that I get a thoroughly enjoyable professional massage followed by a decent HJ with plenty of access. Agreed that there are other therapists in various SPAs in Bangalore that may go till a BBJ or a FS if you are friends enough. But, then usually the massage is missing. Or, if the massage is really good, then the extras are missing.

My routine is such that I never wear the dispo inside. The towel usually goes under my head (with the pretense that I want a cleaner place to put my head on). I seldom go for an oil massage; its almost always dry for me. What follows is a kind of Thai massage that involves lot of pulling, stretching, use of both her hands and legs. She doesn't tease, but even then Johnny is constantly at 90 degrees to earth throughout the 50 odd minutes.

Coming to extra, she is probably one of the cutest therapists in Bangalore. Yes, its a tall claim, but I am willing to be shown otherwise. Boobs are perfectly tight, petite and perky. I used to tip. 5, but have recently upgraded her.

She used to work at SPACe, so you know that you are getting a 2 k+ level massage at 1.5 k. That itself for me is worth the trouble.

Why this sudden ode to this particular place / therapist, you ask? Because, I felt today that we don't appreciate enough after we get used to something, and are constantly in search for the latest and greatest. But, alas, that is the nature of the "vaasu" mind. (Yes, I did watch the Hunter movie 2-3 days back and enjoyed it a lot.).

A year is good enough to keep you busy for some time. However, there is wealth of knowledge in older stuff as well. For example, I had located info about old Paradise from a forum post that was more than 2 years ago, that led me to the New Thippa place later. Its one of the few places that I can claim to be the original hunter.

Its another matter that the place went downhill later and isn't worth visiting any more. And, then there is the element of luck of course.

BTW, the Paradise folks have a new place around Leela. I had shared contacts with a few, but haven't seen a FR yet. Not much into B12B places these days, so didn't try myself.

The skill to deciphering knowledge from the forum is to use the clues in conjunction with Just Dial, Google, making few calls and some in person hunting.

To give another example, I had visited the K'halli spa (way before it became popular with the Muslim lady). HappySammy or Explori had mentioned something about a Church. Took me half a day of roaming around on a bike in K'halli checking out Churches to find it. LOL. In those early days figuring out places from clues was half the fun in itself.

OK. I think you do have a point. There is just no fun in finding out about stuff without breaking a sweat or is it Nonetheless, along with that, the abbreviations / short names for the various places (like Kk'halli which you just mentioned) takes a while to decipher for the newbies especially one coming from a Hindu background where we are more used to 'nagars'. BY the way what does Kk'halli stand for? Googling this takes me to some Majestic cinema? And is the said MP still working?

After reading about the 5 star hotel with a massage parlour in these columns mentioned by a fellow monger a couple of weeks back, I visited a few 5 star hotel spa's recently. Out of all the 5 star hotels, I think there is a possibility that a star hotel with a the name of a citrus fruit tree (hint Numbu-located near an old theatre near Ulsoor lake / Fraser town area seems a likely candidate. The therapists all NE are quite hot. Appointments.

Have to be pre booked. Though I took an appointment, not sure whether anything is on offer as I did not ask though therapists were friendly and came close to the family jewels. Anyway if anybody has any information on the so called 5 star hotel spa where extras are on offer, please do share on this forum.

Even though they have given license to run live bands with certain conditions, they often get raided (on basis of tip off-reason given) and customers are harassed and charged with cases just for going into licensed bar. If they raid a brothel, it is understood it is illegal, if they start raiding the places where they have given license to run bar & restaurant and then arrest customers instead of owners of the bars, who are supposed to run as per the rules. Where is the justice in this land. What is the fault of customers? If it is running illegally they should arrest the management & staff of the bar and cancel their license? If any customer disobey the law let them arrest him. One of our friends in ISG has been booked, we all need to support him in his fight for justice.
