I report this incident with utmost regret, however I would like fellow members to be aware of such modus operandi and be careful.

As recommended by couple of members on the forum, I decided to check out the be spa in GS mall in Gurgaon. The reviews were so great that I did not think twice before going ahead with the massage. The receptionist as mentioned in the FR was friendly and welcoming. Within 5 minutes I was escorted to a room with no disposable. The lady was the owner of the spa and seemed upset at the treatment. I have been asked to come for a special message any time as per my convenience. Not sure if I will visit the spa again, but wanted fellow members to know of such instances. How does one ensure that such a thing never happens again?
