Well I have been using this particular SP's (verified number) services since very long and previously his boss's too. (he used to work with a very senior SP earlier). I have even shared him with a few friends but none have faced any such problem. Went to this mall on the 'big' mall in Gurgaon. I was asked if I want an NI or NE.
