It is always advisable to avoid SP Vikas. Once I god his number from a friend and he sent me some pics (of Models! And quoted 15-25 k for ST.

After One week I contacted another SP in Bandra (do not remember name), now this Bandra SP sent me 5-6 pics, out of which 2 pics are from Vikas collection, but the rate was 6 k against 15 k quoted by Vikas.

I never contacted Vikas after that.

Last pic is being circulated in Delhi too. Its picked from FB. Reverse search images and you will know. Likely the SP is fraud.
