I wanted to talk about this through a new post but then what AO said above is somewhat correct as it was disgust more than anger towards a certain individual that I decided to broach the topic of forum etiquette. Disgust not anger. I don't usually get worked up that easily over many things but stealing is not one of them. From a legal standpoint, no one (including me) has any proprietary rights over the contacts. So no can be justified when he shouts himself hoarse over some other guy swooping in and taking the contact. But then why do we make a big deal out of this when someone takes the contact from you, starts distributing it and totally sidelines you? The answer is simple and straightforward. Its because we live in civil society that we need to have some ethics. That we need some morals and principle to guide us in life. And I'm sure not stealing falls very much under the ambit.

So lets look at this situation in a hypothetical context.

Suppose we all live in a gated community called ISG and I've got a house there with a garden in the backyard. I decide to grow some apples on it and for that I go through all the trouble of getting the best seeds, the best fertilizers, I water them etc and lets, for a minute, throw reality out of the window and say that all this caring, cultivating takes a good one month (the same amount of time it took for me to meet up with the inde) and the apples turn out to be really nice, juice and sweet to taste. So I decide to share the harvest with some of the members of this community but since too many people show up on my doorstep, I only give it out to some of them and ask the others to wait....

I have always been in dilemma between a SP (his location)/ Or I book a Hotel and MP.

So some of the people decide to jump over the fence of my backyard while I'm sleeping and pluck the apples to not only taste it for themselves but also to give it out to their "friends" as well. They brand it as "kasmiri apple" and start distributing them. Now correct me if I'm wrong and I'd happily accept it (unlike some people) but this essentially is stealing right? No matter whether you get the apple from the guy himself or any of his sycophants, the fact remains that they came from my backyard.

This situation is totally different form the legal standpoint I mentioned above right?

Now coming back to the real world, I don't ever fight over girls. Period. Especially over those who are with me for the money that I pay. And this goes for most of us here. We don't get angry because some other guy visits her but because we feel we've been wronged. We feel angry because we've been brought up with this notion that "stealing is bad".

And to those who may think I'm being preachy through this post, I'd urge you to go through the post again as I'm not advocating righteousness or something cause believe me I'm far from being that kind of a person. But I'm just pointing out that even the most vindictive person having a large number of vices would think twice before stealing something. We're living in a time that even copying lines, ideas and other harmless things can get us in whole lot trouble (plagiarism) and what I'm talking about is somewhat more grave than all of this. Especially in the context of this forum where even requesting people to wait gets you in hot waters. So why stealing doesn't lands the other person in the same water is beyond me! Had the roles been reversed, we would've been still scraping the shit off from the ceiling.

So everyone please just remember my example of ISG being a gated community / club before any of you even think of pulling off such a stunt in the future.

This is my last post regarding this matter. No I'm not going anywhere but I won't be talking about this again as for me its a closed chapter. I'm going to be paying heed to the advice of some respected members here and not get myself involved in a petty fight with someone who has a habit of doing this over and over again. (there are many instances which don't get posted here but that doesn't mean they don't happen).

Because of such instances the pioneers have stopped posting here and the newer lot has just become accustomed to this.

I'm sure some of you would like to comment on this but I'd request you to read it again (to get the point that I'm trying to make and also cause its long) and only comment if you're well versed with the matter and instance being discussed here.

P.S. Thanks everyone for your inputs and comments about my last post, don't want to waste the forums bandwidth by thanking each one of you desperately. I really appreciate it. Lets hope that we are able to follow those suggestions to the hilt and many of the situations that have happened in the past are minimized.

Went to the famous club named after a city from down under in a mall named after a desert. It was yesterday evening, midweek slow down had the club quiet slow. By 9:30 however the crowd had started picking up. While going up in the lift a girl was in the lift with me. I asked her if she works at one of the clubs, she said yes. So the learning tip here is that these girls do not work in any one specific club. They keep moving around depending on which club has most crowd or crowd with spending capacity. As of my experience with clubbing, this was only my second excursion into the clubbing scene; I think the club named after the city from down under is the best amongst all when it comes to girls and music. Hopefully I will try other clubs soon someday. Hope this tip helps fellow members understand that they should not follow girls to the clubs rather look for a club which is sufficiently crowded for the girls to follow you.
