3. From legal point of view (And to the person who originally posted) I am writing this just to explain and not to anyway insult you in any manner. I am sure you were not even aware of it. There is no difference between what he is going to do and a pimp. Though he is doing it unknowingly. He is taking a money and facilitating sex trade. Just think what does a pimp do; he takes money from the customer and provides a girl. So in front of law this is illegal.

Speaking of legality I am not so sure. It's not illegal to have sex with an independent. It is only illegal to run a brothel or earn by exploiting a girl for prostitution. In this case, his tenant would be having sex in a property he has rented. A perfectly legal act.

But yes, if someone complains it might lead to social embarrassment or at worst police harassment for money tho I doubt case would be made.
