Sorry to steal your message Sharath. Your post bought a memory which dates a year back. While returning from Chennai a friend gave me couple of contacts in Kanchipuram. First a little bit of background info. Being an old monger with 20 years experience in the field (been there, done that and some more) have known this Telugu WG / aunt / pimp / SP for quite a few years and have seen her evolution from being a cheap WG to a manager. Lets call her Miss T. Miss T has now teamed up with a couple of other Telugu guys to set shop and they have together started 2 establishments. 1 is a MP (lets not call it a spa) with 5-6 MP rooms all air conditioned and with attached bathrooms and the other is a SP apartment. As a rule, I don't go to SPs as I believe that most SP gals are exploited while MP gals and Indies are in this field out of own volition, so this FR is mostly about the MP.

Although the place is hygienic in the sense that it is new and has clean rooms and linen, it is not a classy spa like experience but they have everything on the menu right from B2B to FS. The staff quality needs improvement though as there are 4 average to bad looking SI's and 1 OK looking SI plus a couple of NE / NI types. Miss T has promised to upgrade the staff but hasn't really gotten around to do that as of yet although she has some pretty good stuff in her SP place (but I have set my own limitations and avoid the SP place as mentioned earlier). Despite of bad staff quality I have been a regular now at this MP mostly because of my rappo with Miss T and the fact that the gals provide pretty awesome service at about 2 k. Its illegal as it no longer is an inde act. There is a support from him in this activity and he becomes a partner to the prostitution activity. I will quote three acts and as you mentioned one is written by you below but I have modified it slightly:

1. Earning money from the earning of a Prostitute is illegal. You are considered a Pimp. Unless of course you can prove that you were not aware of the same. Here he is not tenanting but taking a share of money which the WG is earning. Unless he owns the property; rents it out; creates a lease deed and provides the receipt for the same. No he is not doing that. He is lending it for short time.

2. Hypothetically he lets it out for a few hours or a day; then also that place becomes a non residential place because it is not rented out but let out for some time (Read service apt or hotel). Carrying out Pros in Hotel or Service apartment is illegal.

3. From legal point of view (And to the person who originally posted) I am writing this just to explain and not to anyway insult you in any manner. I am sure you were not even aware of it. There is no difference between what he is going to do and a pimp. Though he is doing it unknowingly. He is taking a money and facilitating sex trade. Just think what does a pimp do; he takes money from the customer and provides a girl. So in front of law this is illegal.

Incidentally there was a post some time back of a couple being together in a house where the lady was a WG.
