The little hope left are the few NEs who match up. Very very rare but present. Though there are quite a few NE hustlers like ms. K or see of Z spa.

BBBJ should be a bare minimum for anything quoted above 7-8 k. For as high a price as 20 k, I honestly think that barrier should be a straight forward pointer for you to reject.

Indies need to know the worth of their services too. Compromising what's on the menu (just because they could speak better?) in higher price ranges gives them unnecessary leverage getting away with substandard services and also sets a bad precedent in keeping a check on market prices.
