1) Is 3 K too much for a very good B2B from a girl you like?

2) I have read lot of FRs claiming 1 K for B2B. Cheapest I have managed is 2.5 k. Are these 1 k B2B in decent spas in malls or other joints I can't seem to find? What is the quality of girls / service for 1 k B2B?
