As per me it could be safe and good find where as I too have had a bad experience from street pickup up in CP.

Could be either way. But lastly not to miss the core issue there are heaps of CGs waiting to be picked up from streets you just need to be able to identify & judge them from a distance.

Go east go west, either North or South plenty of choices available on street.
