Yesterday, got contact of an SP Suraj with whom I asked for full night CIS. The charges were high in range 17 k, so asked for other options, he sent photos of NI, NE. For one NI I selected, he quoted 11 k for full night. I bargained with him and finally got it down to 9 k.

I called the driver and said that I know the location and I have also noted the car number and I will report it to police what activities are carried out in this house. He said to go ahead with it.

So overall, 10 k lost. I know the car number, phone number, the location, I am still thinking to somehow anonymously report on such activities to the police or to forward these details to any news agency that will make sure that they get caught. Haven't made my mind fully agreed on it, Looking for suggestions.
