By Delhi standard this should be around 2 to max 2.5 k per shot and for two I think you must bargain for less than 4 k inclusive of room.

Yesterday, got contact of an SP Suraj with whom I asked for full night CIS. The charges were high in range 17 k, so asked for other options, he sent photos of NI, NE. For one NI I selected, he quoted 11 k for full night. I bargained with him and finally got it down to 9 k.
