Then she said she is going for lunch..

If she has blocked your number on WA & call blocker, them 100% she has scammed you, she also knows you won't go to the police as you hired a escort & you will be shamed, I have seen lot of girls do this to their customers who they know are gullible.

I have no problem giving her time till Wednesday, as she said. The problem is why did she block me on WA (I can't see her pic / status and only single ticks to my msgs) while others can. This all happened after I gave her the money. Also with my number her phone is saying busy. But try calling her with some other number you can hear the ring.

I am not overreacting. Its just that she blocked me after taking the money which seems suspicious.

Besides she didn't pay at the counter in the hospital she paid to some lady she told me was her fiances mom. She dint let me see the patient (her sister), which initially she told she would.

Was searching in locanto for a long time, finally got some courage and dialed a number, one lady speaks.

Me: Hello, I want service in Indra nagar.

Went to BSNL office near hotel empire waited for 30 minutes, again asking me to come to ICICI bank stop towards Jeevan bhema nagar.

One black guy came with scooty guided me to the place.

Place is inside some streets in 3 Road floor, Some Gym masters are there, they call themselves as "SPA" with some old dusty spa creams only two or three, with dirty curtains all over the room..
