I agree. Your hygiene and how you treat them makes a world of a difference. You don't need to be overly friendly, but be respectful. (there are times I've been completely silent through the massage session, yet still got great service).

Just adding my 2 cents to help the new folks on the forum.

The simple fact is, other than a couple of spa chains and some of the luxury hotels, all spas offer extras.

Extras include HJ, TL and B2B in all. Some draw the line at FS, though I have seen more openness for BJ now. Even among NI masseuses, when earlier this was more of a NE / Thai territory.

However, this might not always happen depending on the level of comfort (so you are more likely to be rewarded the 2nd time with the same masseuse than the first time or you will pay a premium. You are likeliest to score even the first time round if its a Thai masseuse).

FS- if you can invest time and repeat a masseuse a few times this will come as a bonus (almost a GFE) if you work at it. If however you are desperate for a shag straightaway I guess its a hit and miss. You can try out the specific spas mentioned by other punters and try your luck. One thing I see quite common in spas where FS is immediately on the table is where the reception is manned by males, the rooms are small and dingy, and masseuses don't look very good. In all those cases I anyway runaway because they are likely to be more unhygienic. (but this could be just bias). Doesn't really interest me.

One tip to have the masseuse be more amenable to offering you more than HJ is your overall hygiene. And I do mean overall.
