I consulted a doctor. She prescribed me 3 medicines.

1. Elfolin 15 MG after BF.

2. Nano LEO after dinner.

3. Tadafil 5 MG (u can also get 15 MG) this is to be taken 2 hours before sexual activity.

Tadafil is safest with no side effects. You can have one daily.

Along with meds you need to exercise at least 45 minutes.

After a month, slowly reduce consumption rate. Trust me, you will not regret.

I had Suhagra 50 MG and its amazing. The flag will always be flying high but it is not recommended. Some restrictions are to be followed with it like no alcohol, full meal before having it, etc.

But my recommendation is to try the prescribed tabs first with heavy exercise to get the blood flow back.
