I came to India 4 days back. I was expecting I can get some cash at airport, but then got KLPD'd when they said they no longer exchange notes. I was busy for 2 days, but got some contacts, thanks to seniors especially Blue velvet and Sinbaad. Yesterday, I was going to bank thinking finally I will have cash and can have a taste, PMed a senior and he was kind enough to provide number, but then again second KLPD, bank was out of cash. When I went again today morning, bank was only giving 10 K per person, even though the limit is 24 K, to distribute it to more people. I hope things improve before I leave in 3 weeks and can taste some meals.
