Landed in Delhi yesterday and probably spent hours going through the forums. The anticipation of tasting the desi treats was killing me so I did what I usually do try my luck.

Been mongering actively in the US but with no real experience or contacts in Delhi I know I'd have to burn my fingers before I land anything worthwhile.

First step was to venture out near by checked out the Ambience mall, the thai massage place. Great massage but no extras and looking at the staff there I did not even want to try anything else, I'm spoilt with the Chinese in the Bay Area, LFK, DFK, HJ, CBJ, FS almost everything on the menu so while the massages were not my cup of tea thought it would be a easy bet.

So 4 K for regular massage, not a great start.

My next adventure was to locate a SP, and you know how that goes almost all the ads in usual places look the same probably the same provides CL, BP, locanto called a few SPs the price ranged from 4 K to 25K, some sent photos some insisted I pay advance (yeh sure, dumb fucks) . Almost all the pics were too good to be true, great looking girls either are priced too low to be real or most expensive ones that were pulled out of a catalog.

Anyways ended up trying SP ending with 839, 8 K for a HR, who promised to send someone to the hotel. I should have known better, the lifts are access protected, and I told the SP but they reassured they can send someone in an hour it's the Hyatt place after back and forth and almost waiting for couple of hours the guy calls up and says I need to get to the lobby to take the girl up, that's the first f up not a good choice given that this place was booked by the company. The lobby is not that big, the staff here is way too polite and nice to the point that you can't get away from them.

So here I am, after two hours of waiting, with the girl in the lobby and I can't possibly go pick her up. Now only if johnny could think straight, the anticipation always gets the best of you. I went down anyways to check out the goods, avg. Looking GND but not my type not even close to the pics this guy shared, so I just walked past called up the guy told him to buzz off I'm not going to pay 8 K for this. Of course things get ugly, the he threatens to walk in and make a scene, they cross check the guest details by calling the hotel so I could not get away with it. I walked to his car parked outside paid 2 K to get out of this mess.

So there I am after 6 K damages for the day and nothing to be proud off, get lagged and pissed. I ended my day, writing this at 3 in the Morning. Hopefully next two days bring in some luck.

So my questions to the regulars here:

1. How do you go about finding reliable SPs without burning too many holes specially when you don't have the luxury of time.

2. Are there any reliable sources to find top notch product, spending 20 K is not so unreasonable the best GFE experiences I had in the past were not cheap. 15 K avg. That was 3 yrs back.

3. I used redbook and NS in the US which has decent reviews of providers, so the odds of success are relatively high compared to what we do here. Any similar sites to look for? I'm completely out of touch now so I can only just go hunting and learning but I next have couple of more days.

Just returned from a short visit to Delhi, and first I would like to thank the members of this forum who have offered their contacts and advice, both from reports and PMs. You know who you are. I think the Delhi forum is the best here, regularly updated with useful information. So my first encounter was at a spa in GIP in Noida. I keep going to this hotel for business meetings etc. I don't think the lifts are access controlled. Large lobby. I don't think they can control visitors.
