Why don't you consult a doctor and take it after a proper consultation. All drugs have side effects and some of them dangerous as well. Many of you have a family to start. Discuss with a good doctor and finally going ahead with the prescription they give is your decision. There can be several reasons for the problems you are facing and the root cause may be something else. Better just visit and talk. You can always buy these drugs if you want after that. Just my thought. For example a healthy lifestyle with exercise can just give you wonderful results in sex life.

Even I visit HD spa K'Village regularly but I land up paying for Full Massage 1700 (After negotiation 1500) whereas the regular would be 1200. I am not sure that you turned lucky or it's just that I am getting fooled by pay both extra at the counter as well for the extras inside the box. Please provide tips to handle this scenario.
