Never make PAYtm payments before realizing the deal. This is not just for chicks but for everything. There is a trick these guys use. They are not even in the same city as you. One of these scammers tried to scam me for girl. Deal was fixed like totally genuine. Then he asked me to come near a landmark and call. Reached landmark and called. He says transfer money through Paytm and I'll send the girls. I realized and told him I won't do that.

I also realized something. This whole thing of asking me to come near a landmark was a trick to make me believe he is in the same city (Hubli). In reality, he may have been anywhere. They just pick some location on map and mention it to act like locals.
