If you are ready to spend 30 k then get a flight from Delhi. Dubai or any other east asian countries like thai. You could get awesome chicks. Spending this much amount is waste. Anything beyond 3-4 k is too much.

She can come down to 20 k for 2 shots but overall it's expensive matter.

When I visited that road a month ago, I found most of them demolished.

Have they restarted?

Kalyan ShIL road is state Highway so unless it is de notified bars cannot operate on this road.
