This was my first experience in a hotel. Booked Oyo room and informed Christina about the same.

1st exp.

Reached the hotel. Gave my proof. Just before checking in the receptionist asked if I am expecting any visitor? I said yes. She then asked me. Male or female? I said female. She nodded her head and said not allowed. I was shocked. I made sure that the hotel allowed unmarried couple and check in with local ID proof. So I asked the receptionist about the policy. Then I came to know that if a single occupancy room is booked, guest Will not be permitted in the room. Lesson number 1- read the FRs properly.

So I had to talk to customer care and re-book a double occupancy room. They charged me 2800 bucks for that. I just wanted to check in and paid the money and reached the room. Informed her the room number and she reached without any issues. Just like 5 mins before she arrived. , I got to know that a friend of mine passed away. It was a mixed feeling. I started the deed.
