Are you sure about the camera. You can easily create a seen if you are sure about the camera. They are not suppose to put camera inside change room or massage room.

Visited this spa. Asked if I can choose therapist. They told they don't provide cross-gender MSG.

Earlier some SI therapist used to provide extra. Seems they have stopped it now.

Tried few others Unisex Salon & Spa but no luck.
