While waiting on inputs from seniors on here, I decided to do some scouting on Locanto and Craiglist. Found a few interesting options:

WGarden is not very far from double road, try the DBs near the V cinema, also if you move towards the MG road then there are couple of DBs on your left.

Other options:

- search for G spa near MG road, sure shot place, it's above a famous Italian food shop.

- search for F5 spa-Keyboard key, they have good Thai therapists.

- try any Thai spa, very easy to score, few of them are near your place also.

- try Judwa pub in K Nagar for pick of Afro girl.

Try the TRefresh spa or the LT spa, they have Thai therapists and it is pretty easy to score with them though they are costly sometimes.
