Is SP P quality decreasing for everyone or is it just for occasional clients. Do the regular customers get some added benefits?

SP P's (Arun Rai) quality has been definitely way below his usual average. It has been 2 months since I took his service but he keeps WA the pics every alternate day. His CIS are far worse than Arun's CIS and less said about his desi birds the better.
