Being a regular in Pagarganj area I am really amazed how barren it is. Just a handful of spas and most offering crappy chicks. Despite several attempts didn't even get a worth SP as well. Going by the vivacity of the area and backpacking tourist, it ought got to have bustling mongering scene; but that's not the case (in my opinion at least). The only worth encounter in a name was at a spa where I found a beautiful but unrelenting NI and the second was at a beer bar where an apparent pimp introduced me to a couple of Israeli ladies (didn't trade due exorbitant tariff).

I am a very old ISG user (have been a member for over 2 years now) and a very seasoned monger in Delhi and Gurgaon. Had a little chit chat with one odd known LE officer. As per him, the media hype over unfortunate [CodeWord123] incidents after picking girls from outside malls, or pubs are the trigger.
