The thought of keeping all contacts and regularly updating them may seem good.

But listing entities sometimes tend to spoil the contact if the access is provided to all as some may spoil the set pricing or else some pesters might force them to change there digits & most of all some promoter's or pimps might latch on to the best & juicy ones.
