Yes it is unsafe and I had contention but the original place the SP booked was somewhere I know a few guys so wanted him to arrange for another place. I fully agree. I am from Bombay who visits Delhi occasionally. The Delhi forum and the Delhi senior brothers are the most generous and large hearted in their help to other brothers.
