Don't think there is any great scene there in Goa. Never found anything leads there. Local SP's quote so high that you won't be interested in them. If you can crack something in some risc or beach that's the only way. In fact you may take someone from Delhi itself for your trip. Ticket expenses will be added but I think many indies will be interested as they are going to have fun in Goa. Infact I'm going to try it soon and let's see if budget permits.
