There are few stand alone spas on first blood on the pearl nagar road from main crossing and also some in the sole mall on the pearl nagar road below the cinema. Of course most run down with average spa but can be sure shot and low cost.

The in famous TDI is next door and earlier Bali Nagar Spa was very famous for all the right reasons. Beyond this, I don't know what malls are you talking about as there are no Malls per se in the pearl area if I am not mistaken. Kindly throw some more light on this as I like exploring newer spas in newer areas every now and then.
