So there might be a answer to your problem in finding out if you are allergic to any stuff. Spa hygiene can be a trigger for many such causes too.

My 5 days of antibiotics course has ended. 500 MG of amoxicillin 2 times a day along with ibuprofen and paracetamol combination 2 times a day +. I still have trouble swallowing saliva.
