To last a bit longer there is a Generic drug called Dapoxetine, an SSRI which is sold as Priligy in UK. You will find many Indian brands. It acts & gets eliminated from the system quite fast. Having said that there's no drug that comes without side effects varying in intensity from p2 p. So be careful. It must be noted that it'll boost your performance marginally.
