Thanks Sumit. I had looked up airbnb but most of the good ones had caretaker etc and seemed like there could be some scrutiny. One particular pad at Haus Khas seemed really nice. Perhaps I should talk to the owner and take things from there.

Have been around mongering for a while and using this forum but now am using another account. Contacted my usual go to guy Tushar for LT but options weren't really good. So went forward and contacted Rahul and bingo what a good move that was. He was patient and extremely helpful. Initially confirmed Angie but as she was unavailable due to some infection I guess, was finally provided with Emma.
