Delhi can be a good option but LE is not a worth a risk to take, which is not a problem in BKK at all. Even I remember a hotel in Pattaya where I stayed, receptionist called my room when the girl left at early morning to find everything is fine, actually Thailand is way above level when compared to Delhi or India, I feel Thailand is heaven for mongers if you ready to spend.
