Yesterday used the Viagra (generic name sidenafil). Had a nasty headache for the first time.

Being a Dr I know the side effects but didn't knew they were so severe.

Here are some tips to reduce side effects.

1 take a low dosage. 25 MG or so.

2 take with food (reduces absorption).

3 take along with paracetamol and then take paracetamol for one day more.

4 avoid sidenafil.

Thanks for the FR. Just curious, how much was the counter charges for this? I went there once and they quoted me 1.4 K for 1 HR, which is steep as compared to other spas in that area, hence come back without any service.

Definitely will give a try if we they charge market price for Counter.

I went in with a measure of apprehension, not a regular to spas. The petite girl at the counter had my attention, though she's off cards. Spa shares the name with popular international airlines in Vaishali. Asked for best, got Miss M, she's a NE, very good with massage. Bum massage for free and 500 for HJ and 1 k for B2B.

Fairly good services though I have had better. The damages were reasonable. Haven't tried rest of the line up so can't say about that.

Nice clean hygienic place. My bar is usually high so rating is by that scale..

Yeah she was in ganesh nagar branch which is on 2nd floor. If you been to the branch which is on other side ground floor they say this type of things for the staff who not present there.

Rest most of the staff is below average.

After my work in Faridabad wanted to ms Richa bm spa, thanks to Ayushjain for sharing contact of this spa, I spoke to them regarding availability of ms Richa on getting confirmation that she was available reached the place, when I reached the place and asked them to send Richa they said she has been thrown out of the place and no longer working there, I got angry on them as I had to travel all the way form Faridabad to Janakpuri just to hear she was not available, still I wanted to try the spa as I don't get much chance to visit Delhi, paid 700 as counter charge, I asked them to show the therapist most of them were below average, still I decided to try ms Shalu, was asked to go to other branch of the spa which is just opposite on the other side of the road, I reached there and the massag
