Just visited the so much discussed MP as I work near by, There were only two therapists when I went, asked for thai therapist but had to wait sometime as she was busy.

The rooms are good with locks and I feel like the MP is not going to stay long and will be busted soon by the way they operating now.

Coming to action she gave average massage, when asked about extras she quoted 2 k for HJ and 4 k for B2B. This has become standard in Banglore for Thais and it is far better to avoid going to Thai spas, trust me many NE girls are not money minded and gives better massage than the Thai. The Thais are here only to make quick money and fly off. There is no point in paying 4 to 5 k to Thais just for 10 minutes of action, instead get her digits if she is pretty and bang her outside for 6 to 7 k, most of them will be ready for it.

Counter charges can be negotiated to 1.2 k, I paid only that much. If they ask for 1.5 k for 60 min, you just try to negotiate to 1.2 k for 45 min, it's applicable to all MPs and I think it's enough time to get what you want if you start early.

Always take girl number specially Thais or even NEs and ask for outcalls, I did get her digits and she is ready for outcall for reasonable bucks, but I never did outcall with Thai girls, any seniors has the experience? Where she can be taken safely for a bang? Please suggest.

Please provide specifics. Why did you pay him 40 K? What wrong did you do that you had to pay him the money. He has got all he wanted but at the first place you shouldn't have paid him. Many advises will follow to your post. But there was simply put nothing needed to be done and just shooed him away at the first place.
