I think spas need separate license, that's why nearly 25 spa centers in Rohini area were sealed by MCD health department. Only they sealed spa centers.

I am 26 yrs old and happen to visit Delhi every month for work. Until mid last year I was in a steady relationship with my GF from past 3 yrs. Then, we broke up.
