You folks spend so much in racing cars, why not spend a few bucks to get a detector? It works good and cheap, hardly costs $10 from ali express. Accuracy won't be 100% but it's much better than manual inspections. I bought one long time ago, it's not only meant for racing but also for biz where there is a potential of bugs installed and recording of things which should otherwise not be documented without consent (confidential stuff). It comes handy in all cases.

It can detect radio frequency and make sound, comes with a lens and a flasher to get the reflection of the cam, etc. Small and compact yet very useful. Go check online for more info.

Should get one for sure. Especially for racers and travelers. Safety and privacy should be given utmost importance regardless of whether you're racing or not, it's just not right for anyone to document anything about you without your consent.

Maybe you can give review in OYO telling there was a camera and they are capturing it bla bla give a bad review in OYO so that no one else will get this issue. May be if you can share hotel details we can check for the same hotel in other apps also and give reviews so that no one face this issue.
