After visiting numerous spa and MPs here is my quick guide to get best out of your money.

1) Find SPA in location which have low property rate. Apps like Magicbricks can help.

Since if spa is located at Lajpat nager then the owner must be paying upwards of 1 Lack towards rent and bribe hence the counter rates will be automatically higher.

BTW more or less all SPA in Delhi bribe LP or are well connected with local politician. So they are safe unless owner stopped paying bribe or is new.

2) Bargain on counter price as much as you can.

3) Visit at time when there is less rush like 2 pm on weekends. But don't go too early otherwise you won't find full staff.

4) Avoid bargaining with girl inside unless rates are too high. Generally good food will tell fair price.

Following is my review of spas by location.

A) TDI are. Garden.

Counter 600.

FS: 1.2 - 1.5 K.

B) LajPat Nagar.

Counter 1.5 k.

Full Body Massage: 1.5-2 K.

FS: Never tried but seem to be in range of 5 k.

C) Dwarka Sector 12 spas.

Heaven of VFM spas.

Counter 500 (for 30 minutes).

FS: 500 to 1.5 K (W. S).

I recommend W. S, A Day spa.

D) Dwarka more Spa.

Mostly Village Staff.

Counter 600.

HJ: 500.

E) Haus Khas Village / Green Park.

Counter: 1 - 1.5 K.

HJ 1 k.

Quality is real good there.

Good information for newbies. This FR should be kept as a bookmark for reference. By the way there are spas at Laj Ngr which offer counter of 1 k and below too.
