Theoretically, the law can be used against you.

Section 5 in The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, as well as Section 372 and 373 of IPC make it a criminal offence, even if you're the client (and not benefiting from the "trade".

However, in reality, it would near impossible for the police to prove that you were, in fact, paying for sex (assuming worst case scenario of you being caught with your member in the err. Hole!

Having said that, the fear isn't what legal action can mean, but rather the humiliation, first of being dragged to the police station, then getting a friend or lawyer to get you out, and possible family intervention. If you're married, then its even worse. And if you're married and going through a divorce, then you might as well find your property documents and bank statements, in order to transfer them shortly!

And as it is, the police here doesn't follow protocol, so they will snatch your phone and try and call your house, etc. So safety steps:

1. make sure your phone is securely locked. Ideally don't use fingerprints / face ID etc. , but a 6-digit pin code so no one can force you to unlock the phone. As additional safety, don't save your relations with people: eg. Don't save it as "wife" but as "shalini" for example. Same with parents, uncles, etc.

2. don't keep your visiting cards / photo ID's with addresses / etc. , on your person if possible. Similarly, avoid having credit cards. Nothing with your name on it.

3. leave all documents and cards etc, in your car glove compartment, and make sure your car key doesn't have your car number on it.

4. don't park right outside the SPA. In fact, try and keep a distance greater than the unlocking range of your car keys. At least ensure out-of-sight parking.

5. keep an emergency stash of money to pay your way out. Should be enough to make it tempting, and not too much (as you may not have the chance to negotiate: they will take it all) suggestion: around 2-4 times your ONE SHOT mongering budget.

6. try and memorise at least one or two contacts numbers who you can call: ideally one of them should be a lawyer. Both should be ready to pop over to bail you out. If you have a friend or relative in the police, that can go a long way as well.

7. keep a rational story ready in case the shit DOES hit the fan, and everyone at your house knows you were arrested from a massage parlour. Its difficult, but not impossible to have a cover story for almost anything!

8. each of the above can be played around with to achieve your own kind of perfection. For example, in 1 above, don't save your real dad as "dad", but your closest friend. He should know that if he gets a call from someone saying "we have your son caught at so-and-so" he should just say, "OK, I'm sending my elder son" and swing into rescue you! Similarly in 2 above, carry 2-3 visiting cards of your best friend. If you can't bail out, and refuse to provide any numbers, they will call him.

9. of course, none of the above would work if the police start hitting and scare the shit out of you. So stay calm, and try and name drop as much as possible: the police are very scared of political and or IPS connections; don't overplay this as well, as it can backfire!

Best thing, if possible, is to just negotiate, pay and leave. Don't try and be a hero. Save that for another day!

I want to talk about my 2 visits to the sydney cafe.

Early January this year.

500 entry charges. Went inside chose a really beautiful slim girl wearing a crop top. She asked for 500. Lip touching, she sat on my lap, touched her back front everything. Butterflies in my stomach kind of feeling. Then I started kissing on her back, the world stopped moving for me and I wanted the moment to last forever.

With all these spa raids, digital India, intolerance, linking of PAN card with adhaar card. Where is the space for privacy and private relationships for an Indian Male bachelor?
