There are lot of OYO and other safe options available to stay, am not understanding why you want to depend on an unknown person's place, trust me it is more unsafe than any other options and it really feels strange for me how people trust a stranger's place for mongering.

1. SMS ads / local newspaper ads / Locanto mostly turns out to be shit. SMS from well known SPAs is one thing but those tempting messages from random numbers are traps. Almost always. Not always but most of the time I avoid fishy places where guys front end.

2. Even if you are called to some place, before you make a contact please go and inspect from outside just passing by. Most of the times you get hint or get the feel. Trust your instincts.

3. Also avoid places that do things too openly. Sooner or later they are going to get raided.

I got a random sms on massage offer. Called them and was asked to come near Maruti car showroom near horamavu signal ORR for B2B. When initially I started in ISG. I got lots of help from other members however with recent incidents there is literally a trust issue, even I am hesitant to share some of the new contacts with the unknown requester.

However I believe Goa is a temporary destination for everyone and I am travelling in some time and it will be great if I get some pointers from fellow Sr's through PM. Specially MP's Indies and SP's. Only wanted to visit places which are actual with least trouble.
