I'm seeing quite a lot of interest towards this Punjabi car. I just wanted to add this for the benefit of fellow racers.

It seems this car has been around for years and is like 40+ yo but claims to be 29 and stuck at this for quite some time now.

Goes by various names like Gill, Sweety, and now Sonal. Same old stuff but just re-branded and with various stories to accompany the new brand. There are several reviews if you folks search for these names and there are even some not so pleasant experiences shared by racers.

Quotes high but it looks like it's not worth more than 2.5-3 k as per several racers reported years ago and even the recent ones.

I'm not against the car nor anyone else or stopping anyone from racing it. But just thought I'd put this up here as an info. Don't over hype the car and create an unnecessary demand for something that isn't what it seems to be.

Call customer care and tell it's fraud transaction and raise dispute it will. Be reversed in 45 days max.

You can call credit card department and block the payment if not too late and file an FIR.

1. Stay calm, don't panic. Things like these happen. At least you're safe.

2. File a FIR. Going to MP is not a crime but looting someone is. LE will be able to help you as long as you're firm with your case.

3. Call your bank and block your card first thing and get a new one just in case.

4. While still on the call with the bank, ask them to charge-back this transaction saying it was a fraudulent charge. The bank will be able to help as well as reverse the charges. Since you authenticated the payment on their machine, the bank may ask you for the FIR to be filed (Because the bank would use that copy to fight your case against the merchant), you can submit its copy and that'll help you. This process won't be instant but at least the banks can open a dispute against that transaction and come to a resolution after investigating the transaction and details thoroughly. It'll most likely take 2-3 months if not longer but if your case is legit and good enough, then rest assured you'll get the funds back. If you don't want to go to LE, you can still charge-back. So don't skip this part. Give this a try but don't let it go.

5. If things still don't work, just move on and learn from experience and be happy that you're at least safe and money can be made again, so chill and explore ISG.

Would advise to try them.

1st Name- Pencil name Shetty- 10 k.

2nd Name- Si Shreya- 8 k.
