You most likely have an adware installed. Check your browser addons / extensions. Get rid of unknown or unused ones. Also, Scan your computer with malware bytes program and check installed programs for unwanted programs and get rid of them.

There are 2 types of adwares. One that run from browser level using addons and another that run from system level and work across all browsers. Only an adware would automatically redirect you to a random site, inject ads on various sites and also tracks you.

Also, use Tor Browser to surf ISG. It'll not only add a layer of security (Anonymity, Read online) but also any extensions would be out of its scene (Unless the adware is powerful enough to also work with Tor).
