Hi guys,

Need a help from fellow mongers.

I am not able to pull my foreskin back, when my jhonny is erect.

When flaccid, it comes down and is normal.

Could anyone suggest on how to go about it?

Should I consult an Urologist?

Anyone faced something similar?

Its a case of phimosis or frenulum breve.

Some people don't have any issue doing sex with those conditions while some get tears, paraphimosis (foreskin strangling the glan) etc.

I am having same condition but didn't face any problems yet.

I have some background in Medical field, so I can only provide you the options which the doctor would be suggesting. Prepare your mind for below options.

Phimosis (tight foreskin).

Two options (depends on extent of tightness).

One is using hydrocortisone cream (Betnovate) and regular pulling / massage. Hydrocortisone has a side effect (excessive use can cause thinning of skin), same property is used here to create some gap between foreskin and shaft, it has some disadvantages, extra thinning of skin which can cause tears in foreskin= very painful, your tool would become extra sensitive etc.

Second is circumcision, don't go for this option unless it is only option left, because, it can cause some permanent, some temporary damages to the tool like permanently less sensation in tool, need for lube during wanking, discoloration and top of all, you are changing something which is irreversible etc.

Frenulum breve (tight frenulum= muscle on posterior side of penile glan, same as connecting muscle under tongue).

2 options.

First, use of hydrocortisone and stretching frenulum daily bit by bit.

Second, doctors would perform a simple surgery (very easy, quick and safe; downtime is very less, you can go office next day) in which they would make a 'Z' cut on frenulum to elongate it, within 1 month you would be able to use your upgraded tool.

Hydrocortisone seems very easy method but the success rate is very low. Don't try it yourself without any consultation.

I recommend to consult a good urologist, he would examine and provide you the option best suited for you, if he directly suggests you circumcision, take a second opinion.

My friend informed me that FS is available in one of the MP situated on the Main road. Called the MP & taken appointment in the evening (probably not required). Counter charge is 1. 5 k and opted for cream massage. There are 4 therapists, seems to be all are SI. Receptionist allocated average looking mallu MILF for massage. The massage room is very small but having door lock. HJ, BBJ & B2B available. She told me that she will give FS if protection is available and quoted 3 k. However finally agreed fot 2.5 k. Based on what said that you can retract when flaccid, but not when erected could be due to tight frenulum.

Consult a Urologist.

Urologist would be able to decide whether frenuloplasty suffices or requires full circumcission.

Been a silent follower of ISG for some time. Made severing MP mongerings, but want to upgrade from MP. Just got a subscription. Request all kind souls out there to help out.

Here's my consolidated FRs.

1. M&S spa. Had a couple of outings, with honey and ms. P. Not going into detail as this place is widely discussed.

2. mountain spa, Expm. Had a good session with miss L, a month back. Damages- 1.3 counter+500 tips.

3. Aquatic mammal spa, Expm. Went there twice, the girls there are below average, nevertheless, good service.

Damages 1 k counter+500..

After a long hiatus, I am back in Bangalore. Started the new innings with Neetu and the Oral Queen. Both were major disappointments.

Neetu. Thanks to Adi for the contact. Contacted her on watsapp. Replied after a day and was asking for an advance if I wanted a full night out. Guys golden rule is "No Advance". Always remember. So decided for short time. Travelled to opposite side of city cursing the traffic. Saw couple of negative reviews about her hygiene so had informed her to clean herself. Actual deed was a let down. The room she arranges is horrible. One should not stoop to such low standards as well. The experience was tainted by then. Dead fish in act, didn't enjoy and left in 20 min. Travelled 4 hours for 20 min act. Not a valuable proposition anyways.

Recommendation. No.

P.S. Review is about the girl and not about the kind hearted senior who shared the contact. We need good people like you on this forum..

Are you talking about the oral queen from my FR. If yes then don't know what wrong went as Just 2 days back one of my friend took her and got the same service I mentioned in FR. Such senarios are extremely risky. First and foremost, lynching is Indian's favourite activity. I always believe never shit where you eat. Like no office romance or fling same rule applies to home as well. There are plenty of fishes available. Why put personal and professional rapport on risk.

I have to say I agree here. I have seen instances of this going so wrong, when a neighbour was hitting on one of the girls in the bldg. She made a ruckus and people endedup forcing that guy plus his roomates out of the bldg.

And talking about going 1 step forward, especially married woman, should it go wrong you will land in trouble. These days things that happen in personal life are enough to blow up on social media and hen eventually lose their jobs as well. People get offended for random stuff and waiting to just over react. I would suggest not to take the risk.

Had been to Jai Nagar for some work, felt to find some action but it seems the place is dry. Somehow johny ruled over brains and called the above spa, I knew extras would be possible as they had Thai therapists.

It was bit light on pockets as counter damages were 1 k, but the rooms are very tiny and almost no privacy as only curtains to close it.

Average massage with average looking therapist, quoted 1 k for HJ without touching but with so much efforts brought it to 500 as I had only that much in pocket, which really works.

I want to suggest that always keep 1 k maximum in pockets if you are not going for B2B, and make your mind to pay only 500 till the last minutes of session, in that way you can check the prices as well as you can save your hard earned money. I think the place needs to be avoided as there are lot better options in Bangalore for the same price.
