M&S is indeed facing a quality crunch. I think they prioritise Borivali Branch. Miss L is old but great service. Rest all are useless.

Also M&S 'tip-pricing' is increasing. Earlier it was well controlled and in the recent times the demands are increasing. I think the place is on it's last leg.
